To provide the service, we share your data only with the essential technology providers, all of them with adequate contractual guarantees:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and storage of anonymous usage statistics (Cloudflare D1, in the European Union).
  • Google LLC — sending of the welcome email (Gmail), storage of the contact list (Google Sheets) and external map services linked from the guide.
  • n8n — internal orchestration between the form and the above services.
  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — when you start a conversation with us via the WhatsApp button.
  • CARTO (CartoDB, Inc.) — the map images showing where the apartments are. When the map loads, your browser requests them from its servers, which receive your IP address as with any external content; it receives no other data about you.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In all cases, adequate safeguards are applied in accordance with the GDPR (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, Data Privacy Framework certifications, etc.).

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We will only share it with public authorities when there is a legal obligation to do so.
