We only collect the data strictly necessary to provide the service you request. Below we detail each purpose with its corresponding legal basis.

2.1. Booking request via WhatsApp or email

Data processed
Name, phone number, email, dates and number of guests that you provide when contacting us.
Purpose
To manage your booking request, confirm availability and communicate with you during the process.
Legal basis
Application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention period
During the commercial relationship and, thereafter, the legally required periods (up to 6 years for tax and commercial obligations).

2.2. Subscription to the free El Rompido guide

Data processed
Name and email address.
Purpose
To send you the interactive El Rompido guide and, in the future, occasional communications with recommendations and news related to our accommodations.
Legal basis
Your express consent given by ticking the corresponding box on the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention period
Until you withdraw your consent or request removal, which you can do at any time.

3. Recipients and data processors

To provide the service, we share your data only with the essential technology providers, all of them with adequate contractual guarantees:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages).
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — management of the contact list and sending of email communications.
  • Google LLC — sending of the first welcome email (Gmail) and external map services linked from the guide.
  • n8n — internal orchestration between the form and the above services.
  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — when you start a conversation with us via the WhatsApp button.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In all cases, adequate safeguards are applied in accordance with the GDPR (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, Data Privacy Framework certifications, etc.).

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We will only share it with public authorities when there is a legal obligation to do so.

4. Your rights

As the data subject, you can exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access: to know what data of yours we process.
  • Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: to have us delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Objection: to object to specific processing.
  • Restriction: to ask us to halt processing while a claim is resolved.
  • Portability: to receive your data in a structured format to take it to another controller.
  • Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Complaints to the supervisory authority
