Currently, we do not have our own parking at our facilities. However, you will be happy to know that the El Rompido Promenade has free parking areas available for visitors. These public parking areas will allow you to park your vehicle safely and close to our tourist apartments.

Our payment and reservation process is simple and convenient. Below we explain the steps to follow:
To secure your reservation, we require payment of a deposit. This signal guarantees the availability of the apartment on the selected dates. Once the signal is received, we will confirm your reservation and block the apartment for you. The remaining payment amount can be made in two ways:

You have the option to pay the rest of the amount one day before the scheduled check-in date. We will send you instructions to make this payment before your arrival.

You can also choose to make the remaining payment on the same day of your arrival, during the check-in process. Make sure you have the full amount ready in cash or agreed payment methods.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require canceling a reservation. Below, we present our cancellation and deposit refund policy:

If you cancel your reservation at least 15 days before the expected arrival date, the full deposit you paid at the time of booking will be refunded.

If you decide to cancel your reservation within the week prior to the scheduled arrival date, a 50% refund of the deposit you have paid will be made.

If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, no refund of the deposit will be made.
