At the moment, we don’t have private parking on-site. However, you’ll be glad to know that El Rompido’s seaside promenade offers free public parking areas available for visitors.
These public parking zones allow you to park your vehicle safely and conveniently close to our holiday apartments.

Our booking and payment process is simple and convenient. Here’s how it works:
To secure your reservation, we require a deposit payment. This deposit guarantees the availability of the apartment for your selected dates. Once the deposit is received, we’ll confirm your booking and block the apartment for you. The remaining balance can be paid in one of two ways:

You can choose to pay the remaining balance one day before your scheduled arrival date. We’ll send you instructions on how to make this payment prior to your arrival.

You can also choose to pay the remaining balance on the day of your arrival, during the check-in process. Please make sure to have the full amount ready in cash or using the agreed payment method.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel a reservation. Below you’ll find our cancellation and deposit refund policy:

If you cancel your reservation at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded.

If you decide to cancel your reservation within the week prior to your arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, no refund of the deposit will be made.
